Our Founder’s Message

As “Özdemir İnşaat Turizm Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.( Özdemir Construction Tourism, Energy Industry & Commerce Co. Inc. )” , our considering the technical and economic realities brought by globalism and liberal mentality of economy, our balanced approaches at solving problem, and our loyality to “ÖZDEMİR OBSERVANCE”  that we are displaying at our applications in all the scopes in which we are active and that is crowned by professional mentality underlie our success in order to reach our targets and our self-confidence in this direction. 

  
Tens of  projects we have performed since 1966 when we started the sector under the name “Özdemir İnşaat Kollektif Şirketi – Özdemir Emral ve Ortakları”   tell the things that this observance  has gained us. The first contract that we did in Zonguldak for the work “Social Housing Complex Construction”  has converted into the parts of  town where we completed the projects of dam, road, house successfully  that we have created within the years all over the country and infrastructure and social establishments. After the first mortar that we had put enthusiastically, we have lived a more intensive enthusiasm at every work that we have undertaken. Each project that we completed have  become our reasonable  source of pride.

While setting off, we beleived in that our principles and values were true and we would get bigger and develop depending on them. Our belief in the way of seeking qualified service and productivity continuous developing constitutes our basic principles and values of self confidence and entrepreneurship that can venture the unknown all over the country and world. At present, “Özdemir Observance” has been our tradition raising from the strong  bases of  honesty, pacta sund servanda and stability transferred to the tomorrows as getting filtered through the build-up over years. 

The years 1998-1999 distinguished as an important progress in order to accomplish our company’s long term strategical targets. “Özdemir İnşaat Turizm Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.”  was founded through the activities that we kept on as an unlimited company on condition to protect our tradition by the changes of type and title. 

We have entered into a new millennium within the confidence that we will reach at our targets making them bigger, and we have added the new ones to our accomplishments. On the base of this confidence, comprehending the economic realities that globalism have indicated us, our conscious of stability, consistent development and our devotion to our past which is adorned with professional understanding that we could carry to all our facilities and to our invaluable experiences  shows “Özdemir Observance”.

As usual, we thank warmly to our dear public and private sector institutions that enable us to serve themselves, to our banks which make us stronger by their support, all of our friends together with we have conducted collective activities, to our subcontractors and supplying firms, and especially to our employees due to their faithfulness and devotion.
