Yortanlı Dam, one of the irrigation dam projects within the scope of “Bakırçay- Kınık Plain Project” which will irrigate 7082 hectare of agricultural land, is under construction on İlya River at a location formed by the convolution of the Yortanlı and Çınarlı Streams through which Bergama-Ivrindi state highway passes and located at about 20 km northeast of Bergama town in İzmir, Turkey.

The ongoing Torul Dam and HEPP Project is located on the Harşit River about 14 km far from Torul district in Gümüşhane in the Eastern Black Sea Region of Turkey. The purpose of the project is mainly electrical energy production.

Elmalı Plain Irrigation Project is under construction for irrigation of the agricultural land of 13.593 hectares by distributing the water impounded in Çayboğazı Dam almost completed by ÖZDEMİR Cons. Inc. located within the borders of 13th Regional Directorate of DSİ on the Sancıkısık River at a distance of 37 km from Elmalı-Kaş state highway in Antalya, Turkey.

Present Status : The loan offer, required for the feasibility and final design studies of this Project to be implemented by a Consortium formed by ÖZDEMİR Cons. Inc/Turkey, GÖÇAY Cons.Inc/Turkey and Austrian Design and Supply Companies as per Decrees of Council of Ministers within the framework of Turkish-Austrian Intergovernmental Protocol, has been evaluated by the Undersecreteriat of Treasury of Republic of Turkey for start up of the Project.
  Çukurca Dam and HEPP will be constructed on the Zap River in Hakkari in Southeastern Anatolia. The purpose of the project is solely electrical energy production.

Project was included in Austrian-Turkish Intergovernmental Bilateral Protocol signed in 1999, and assigned to a Consortium comprising Austrian (VA TECH ELIN GmbH&Co... VOITH HYDRO GmbH&Co. KG, ABB ALSTOM POWER AUSTRIA AG and VA TECH VOEST MCE GmbH&Co) and Turkish (OZDEMİR Cons. Inc and GOCAY Cons. Inc) companies for which the construction works are to be mainly executed by the Turkish side
